Training

Training for application (how to use) and how to interpret the results (diagnostics) by AECS are included in the initial purchase. A training manual in plain English for future reference is standard just like on going support if questions arise.

Service

AECS has an emergency call out system that enables us to attend to your problems with priority as we understand that if testing stops due to a malfunction a costly situation for the owner evolves. Parts are kept in stock in our NZ warehouse. Calibration by (NZ) law needs to be performed once every 12 Months. A calibration certificate will be issued after each calibration.

Warranty

A standard 12 Months warranty applies, but an extended warranty (24 month) is available.

Finance

Finance is available upon request through a finance company.

Delivery times

The VTEQ products are kept in stock in NZ, but special colours and certain options will have to be scheduled in to production in the VTEQ factory. Delivery times will be extended as a result.
