Using the scantool
The tool is comprehensive yet easy to use, the manual is also comprehensive but you will find that most of the time all you need is common technical sense.

Select the bike model.
Communication is established as soon as the selection is made.
From the menu select for example; read fault codes.
The tool display's that the ECU has 2 stored fault codes.
Select the code on the scantool to read up on detail regarding the fault code.
Some times even repair guidance is given when you select more detail.
After a succesfull repair erase the code and see if the code comes back after a test drive.
