The rollers type "welded in artificial atmosphere" are factory rated to last 100,000 tests, due to varying conditions the rollers are guaranteed to handle up to 50.000 tests.

The VTEQ 12 kN brake tester is designed to handle up to 200 tests a day at 75% of its maximum rating or up to 100 tests a day at 95% of its maximum rating.
