The Brainbee product range is proudly supplied by AECS
Brainbee's latest product on sale in New Zealand is the ITC3100 - calibrating, testing and cleaning system for injectors.

  Full set including some of the available adapters and trolley.

This injector test bench provides you with conclusive answers regarding your injector
  • balance,
  • spray pattern/quality (at an automatic variable pulse rate and pulse width),
  • to a certain extend their KW rating,
  • Leak rate,
  • Injector coil resistance balance.
The process is fully automatic and can be adjusted to suit each different application.

The rail pressure can also be electronically adjusted, to check if the spray pattern is correct within a certain bandwidth around the recommended injection pressure.

Maintenance


  Easy access to test fluid filter and drain.

There are very few maintenance jobs to be performed on the ITC. Occaisional filter replacement and fluid replacement are all performed without taking the unit apart. Even software updates for loading different test programs are possible without 'opening the unit up'.
